Shipping

We ship worldwide. We offer free shipping on all orders.

Delivery times are 6 to 9 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Parfait Amour is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.

How will I be informed about the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email notifications with updates on the progress of your parcel.

If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@parfaitamour.fr with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at contact@parfaitamour.fr with your order number and a photo of the item. We will handle these matters on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
