Orders & Shipping

Check the tracking information you received by email. Some orders are shipped in multiple packages. If 15 days have passed since your shipping confirmation email, please email contact@parfaitamour.fr with your name, order number, and the exact name of the missing item. We will check the delivery status and get back to you promptly.

This is normal: depending on stock levels, we sometimes ship in several packages; the rest will arrive soon. If 15 days have passed since the shipping email and items are still missing, please write to contact@parfaitamour.fr indicating your name, order number, and the products you haven't received.

Our shipping time is 6 to 9 business days. Business days are working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

No, we only offer home delivery. Delivery to a collection point is not available at the moment.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes. If you ordered the wrong size or if the item does not suit you, we offer exchanges provided that the product complies with our return policy. To make a request, please write to us at contact@parfaitamour.fr and include your order number as well as the item or items you would like to exchange.

The item must be new, unworn against the skin, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging. The return package must include the order number as well as the customer’s first and last name so that the return can be identified. Without this information, the return cannot be identified or processed.

Yes, trying on the lingerie is permitted only under conditions similar to those in a store fitting, over your personal underwear and without altering the condition or smell of the product.

You have 14 days after receiving your package to request a refund (refunds are only valid within the European Union and the United Kingdom). For an exchange, the period is extended to 30 days after receipt.

We will verify that your request meets the conditions (14-day period, item not worn against the skin, unwashed, refunds accepted only within the European Union and the United Kingdom). Once approved, you may return the item to the address that will be provided to you. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within a few days. Please do not return any package without contacting us beforehand.

We do not refund these items. They are not reshipped and will be destroyed.

No. We exchange the size of the full set, not a single piece, as the components of a set are packaged and tracked together. Our sets have adjustable straps and fastenings for fit: if one part does not suit you, exchange the entire set, and the adjustments will help compensate for size differences.

Even if your return is marked as delivered, the refund is not immediate. Our team must first receive and inspect the return, which may take up to 7 to 10 business days depending on the volume of returns. Once the return is approved, the refund is automatically issued.
