RETURNS POLICY
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order.
After this period, no exchange or refund can be offered.
General conditions
To be accepted, an item must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. Trying on is permitted only under conditions similar to in-store fitting, without excessive use or alteration of the product.

- not worn directly on the skin
- unwashed
- free of odors and signs of wear
- with original packaging
For hygiene reasons, items must be tried on over personal underwear only and must not alter the condition or smell of the product.
The order number as well as the customer’s full name must be included with the return. Without this information, the return cannot be identified or processed.
Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be refunded or exchanged.
Exchange requests
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.
Contact us at contact@parfaitamour.fr with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you wish to exchange
Once validated, we will provide you with the instructions to proceed with the exchange.
Refund requests
(European Union and United Kingdom only)
In accordance with the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund.
Procedure:
- Contact us at contact@parfaitamour.fr within 14 days
- We will provide you with the return address
- You return the item in its original condition
- After inspection, we refund the product price using the original payment method
Important:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Non-compliant items will not be refunded and will not be returned
Defective items or incorrect products
Please report the issue after receiving your order, including photos or video.
If confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution (replacement or equivalent).
Sale items / special offers
Sale items are subject to the same rules as above depending on the delivery country.
For promotional offers such as “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” or similar:
- In the case of a partial return of an order that benefited from a conditional promotion, the refund will be recalculated proportionally based on the returned items and the promotional benefit will be canceled.
- To receive a full refund of the amount paid, all items included in the offer must be returned.
Fees, taxes and duties
Any local taxes, import duties, or handling fees requested upon delivery remain the responsibility of the customer and are not refunded by Parfait Amour.
